In addition to my role as Founder and CEO, I also serve as the Lead Trainer at Venus IT Institute.
Digital Marketing Training Instructor
At the Digital Marketing training program organized by the Kushtia Mirpur Upazila ICT Office, I delivered comprehensive, hands-on instruction across the core areas of modern digital marketing. My teaching covered Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Local SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing. In addition, I guided participants on freelancing marketplaces, client acquisition strategies, and effective client hunting systems, equipping them with practical skills to build sustainable careers in online freelancing and digital marketing.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the ICT Division, Bangladesh, and the Mirpur Upazila ICT Office for selecting me as a trainer. It was an honor to contribute to this initiative and to share my knowledge and practical experience with the participants. Trainer, 15 Days Mentorship Program under DC Office, Kushtia
In October 2022, I served as a trainer in a 15-day freelancing training program organized under the DC Office across Bangladesh. This initiative was designed to support unemployed individuals by equipping them with the practical knowledge and skills required to access employment opportunities through freelancing. During the program, I focused on guiding participants on how to build a sustainable and long-term career in the freelancing sector through proper skill development, marketplace strategies, and professional best practices.
I am sincerely grateful to the DC Office, Kushtia, and the ICT Division, Bangladesh, for providing me with this valuable opportunity. It was a privilege to contribute to a national-level program aimed at empowering individuals through digital skills and creating pathways for income generation and career growth in the online sector.
Project Coordinator, She Power Project By ICT Division
From January 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018, I served as the Coordinator for the Freelancer to Entrepreneur category of the She Power Project in Kushtia District, an initiative organized by the ICT Division, Bangladesh. The project was implemented locally by IBCS-PRiMAX Software (Bangladesh) Ltd, with a focus on empowering participants to transition from freelancing into sustainable entrepreneurial careers through structured training and mentorship.
In this role, I was responsible for coordinating and supervising trainers, managing the training laboratory, and ensuring the overall smooth execution of the program. I also maintained close collaboration with the DC Office to facilitate effective coordination and operational support. Through these responsibilities, I contributed to creating an organized, productive, and impact-driven training environment that supported the project’s objectives.
Project Coordinator, Learning and Earning Development Project (LEDP)
From March 1, 2016 to December 30, 2016, I worked as a Coordinator for the LEDP project under the ICT Division in the Kushtia, Chuadanga, and Magura districts. The project was implemented by the vendor company Capital Building Services Group (CBSG). My responsibilities included maintaining strong coordination with the DC Offices, selecting qualified trainers, arranging suitable training venues, selecting trainees, and ensuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the training programs across all assigned districts.
A key objective of the LEDP project was job placement, where I played an active and successful role. Furthermore, I collaborated with three other vendor organizations to assist in their job placement initiatives, contributing to the broader success and impact of the project.
